A group of external experts established by the Center for Education Accreditation - Vietnam National University, Hanoi conducted the external assessment at Hue University of Education from July 26 to 30, 2017.

The group examined the evidence records of 61 criteria; implemented exchange sessions and interviews; and collected comments of the university’s leaders, professional managers, teaching faculty, support staff, employers, alumni, and current students.

After the appraisal process, Hue University of Education has been recognized as meeting the education quality standards promulgated by the Ministry of Education and Training, with 83.6% of the required criteria.
