Speaking at the closing session, Mr. Le Truong Luu (member of Central Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council) expressed his acknowledgement to and thanked Mr. Nguyen Van Cao - former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Mr. Dinh Khac Dinh, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their meaningful contributions to the past activities of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee for the stable socio-economic development of the Province in the past years.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Mr. Le Truong Luu, emphasized that the success of the meeting confirmed the full support of all the members of the local party, armed forces, and the people of the Province as well, which he thought would facilitate the activities of the local Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee in the rest of the 2016-2021 term. He also showed his trust in the new Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and hoped that he would do his best to successfully achieve the objectives and tasks of socio-economic development in 2018 and in the term of 2016-2021, worthy of the credibility of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council and the public in the province.
