At the launching ceremony, the enterprises were guided and supported to participate in the trading platform system, as well as their benefits from joining it. Besides, they were also supported and shared knowledge about solutions for image promotion, and online customer services, etc.
At the same time, representatives of the eCommerce Development Center of Vietnam eCommerce and Digital Economy Agency made some remarks for enterprises when shifting from traditional to online business model; to using online marketing tools supporting the production and business activities; to setting up and optimizing virtual booths on the trading platform.
