Accordingly, Chief of Office of the provincial People's Committee Hoang Ngoc Khanh will be in charge of the spokesman of the office of the provincial People's Committee; while Mr. Le Sy Minh - Director of the Department of Information - Communications will be the Department’s spokesman. In other departments, boards, and branches, the spokesperson will be the director (or deputy director), or the head or chief of the office; in Hue city, the districts and the towns, the chairman or vice-chairman or Chief of office of the city and the district People’s Committee will undertake the role of the spokesperson. According to Chief of Office of the provincial People's Committee Hoang Ngoc Khanh, making statement and providing information to the press are the responsibility and obligations of the agencies, boards, branches and localities. In the coming time, the chairman of the provincial People's Committee will review and handle the responsibility of the assigned spokesperson if s/he does not cooperate with the press agencies.
