Accordingly, the two sides agreed on strategic cooperation in investing in the construction of resorts in the province; socializing tourist service activities in association with the promotion of cultural, medical, and educational values; studying, elaborating and adjusting relevant construction planning in accordance with current regulations at the request of the province; studying, investing and developing projects on urban areas, resorts, entertainment and recreation areas, and a number of other fields in line with the province's socio-economic development orientations.
Mr. Bui Tien Hung, Deputy General Director of Vihajico, said that Thua Thien Hue province had great potential for development. Hue's development orientations are well suited to the company's development orientations and strategies. Therefore, Vihajico considers Hue as a key area for cooperation, development and co-operation with the province in the coming time.
The signing of this cooperation agreement is a very important framework for the company to set its development strategies, and determine the central goals, and the locations for its development. Vihajico will cooperate with the province in the development projects in tourism, setting up and researching on the planning and promotion of the added values of land, and of the environment; as well as developing urban areas, resorts in the direction of green, smart and sustainable development, etc.
