The cooperation agreement on implementing the information technology development project

This was the content of the signing ceremony between Department of Information and Communication, Department of Planning and Investment and Phu Xuan University took place on the afternoon of the Octorber 18th. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and leaders of related departments.

With the aim of implementing activities toward comprehensive development of industry, information technology (IT) and coordinating the forming of software development centers in Hue, the program cooperates in implementing the projects such as developing IT manpower between the state, schools and enterprises; researching, proposing and advising the provincial People's Committee to build mechanisms and policies to encourage and support students to study and transfer their vocation into IT sector to meet the human resources of enterprises when establishing software development centers in Hue…

After the agreement is signed, the parties coordinate with one another to build plans, solutions, investment funds and the roadmap for implementing the expressed contents, with the objective of phase 1 (2018-2020) is to train from 500-700 software engineers each year, to train from 1,000-1,500 software engineers and implement the software industry zone in phase 2 (2021-2023).
