Determining that the national fund for employment is one of the programs to create jobs for members and families to develop their family economy, in order to be able to strive for poverty reduction and sustainable poverty escape, in November of 1994, the association launched the first loan with the amount of VND 50 million for 59 borrowers. Up to now, the provincial association has deployed 386 projects with the loan amount of VND 25.521 billion for 5,561 members, attracting 7,548 employees in the members’ families.
According to the demand for vocational training and job creation of members, the Education and Training Center for blind children (belonging to the provincial Blind Association) and the district associations have held 98 vocational training courses for 1,438 blind, and disabled people with many careers such as: massage – health rehabilitation, sharp toothpick and incense production, computers for the blind, techniques for breeding and prevention of disease of cattle and poultry, etc.
The Association set up Niem Tin 17.4 one member limited liability company, 5 cooperatives, 3 production establishments, creating jobs for more than 290 workers of which 205 workers are blind. In addition to the traditional items, Niem Tin company has exported 21 containers of bamboo screen to the French Nursery Forestry Seed company to create more jobs for members and labours in the handicraft villages. Yearly revenue is increasing, reaches VND 5,395 billion at end of 2017.

The Central Blind Association of Vietnam donated campaign medals to 22 individuals for the happiness of the blind.
