Hue: Total revenue of the Information and Communications Industry reaches over VND 2,915 billion

This was the last year outstanding result of the provincial Information and Communications, which was announced at the conference held on January 14 to review the work in 2018 and deploy the mission in 2019.

In 2018, the total revenue of the whole industry reached over VND 2,915 billion, an increase of more than 30% compared to the same period of 2017, creating jobs for more than four thousand employees. The Ministry of Information and Communications announced that Thua Thien Hue had been ranked the first place among 63 provinces and cities on the index of electronic government building, and ranked the fifth place among 63 provinces and cities on the index of information technology application in state agencies.

In 2019, the Provincial Department of Information and Communications sets out the goal of completing the broadcast on transmission infrastructure, and digital terrestrial television broadcasting in the province according to the roadmap set by the Central Steering Committee.
