The project is sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Action to the Community Development Center (ACDC). The project aims to reasonably build and correct the policies related to people with disabilities, focusing on ensuring the approaching and taking care of health care conditions; raising capacity for specialized agencies and organizations to better support people with disabilities and fostering the implementation of supporting policies for people with disabilities in localities.
The total capital of the project is nearly 6 billion VND (equivalent to 263,726 USD), the implementation time ends on August 30, 2021.
