Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Ngoc Tho presents gifts to Most Venerable Thich Duc Thanh, Head of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha's Executive Board
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Ngoc Tho informed the socio-economic situation and key programs at the visited places. The Chairman hoped that religions continue to accompany and actively participate in the province's socio-economic development. Besides, he also hoped that the religions continue to promote the patriotic tradition, living a good life with good religion and attaching to the nation; helping each other to eradicate hunger and reduce poverty; contributing to the homeland and the country; joining forces with the people in the province to tighten the national unity block.
The Chairman of the provincial People's Committee also visited and gave gifts to some typical families under preferential treatment policy and the poor ones in Phu Vang district; and sent New Year’s greeting to Party Committee, Government and People of Phu My Commune.
