Taking place from February 1 to February 5 (December 27 to January 5 Lunar calendar) at Ly Tu Trong Park, the Year of the Pig Spring Festival 2019 is held in a large space including the parks along Le Loi Street linking the route along the Huong River with the walking route in the park connecting Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Ho Chi Minh Museum creating an impressive and new highlight.

The spring festival space is decorated with 280,000 flower plants of all kinds. Hue Green Park Center has arranged artistic flower carpets, roofed hallway systems, art lighting systems, decorative scenes portraying the year of the pig, and Hue calligraphy space which gives writings to local people and visitors.
