Representatives of organization board and businesses give flowers and prizes to the contestants
This year's contest attracted a large number of students registering to take part in with 95 entries. Through many preliminary and selection rounds, the judges selected the 8 best contestants to reach the final round.
At the final round, the contestants randomly drew topics; and, simultaneously explained and answered questions of the judges and representatives of businesses and guests.
This is the fifth time that the School of Hospitality and Tourism organizes this contest and the new point of this year’s contest is its topic deeply focusing on the sights included in the educational tourism program of the School of Hospitality and Tourism.
At the end of the contest, the organization board awarded the first prize to contestant Vu Quoc Nam (with the topic about Vietnam Buddhist Academy). Two second prizes belonged to Nguyen Song Nhat (with the topic about Thien Mu Pagoda) and Nguyen Viet Tai (with the topic about Hue University Traditional House). Two third prizes belonged to Nguyen Cong Nhu (with the topic about Van Thanh) and Tran Phuong Nhung (with the topic about Hai Ba Trung High School). The organization board also awarded 3 consolation prizes to the remaining contestants.
