Every fine art work is the artists’ hearts for the late musician Trinh Cong Son

In the space full of memories of Gac Trinh, the exhibition displays 20 fine art works by 7 artists from Hanoi, Hue, and Can Tho including Le Anh Hoai, Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Le Huynh Lam, Tran Dinh Phuong, Hoang Sao, Ha Minh Tuan, and Nguyen Van Tuyen.

According to artist Le Huynh Lam, the gallery is a random meeting of artists. By the love to for Trinh’s music, each artist has his own paintings about the late musician’s music, and they gather in the gallery to express their affection toward the talented musician of Hue.

Therefore, the fine art works are named after the lyrics in Trinh's music, such as: “Mây và tóc em bay” (“Cloud and your hair flying”), “Đường phượng bay” (“The Flying Flamboyant Street”), “Sen buồn một mình” (“Lotus is sad and alone”), “Từ khi em là nguyệt” (“Since you are the moon”), and “Sỏi đá cũng cần có nhau” (“Even stones and pebbles will need each other”), etc. Among these fine art works, there is a sculpture work by Ha Minh Tuan, showing the portrait of the late musician Trinh Cong Son.

The exhibition takes place until April 6.
