The Eurasia Foundation and Association for the development of therapeutic education in Vietnam is a Swiss non-governmental organization. The Peaceful Bamboo Family (Tinh Truc Gia) in Thuy Xuan Ward of Hue City, a vocational training center and living community for young adults living with disabilities, is a typical project and also the place to contact and coordinate the Foundation and Association’s activities in Vietnam.

Since 2018, Eurasia has collaborated with College of Pedagogy, Hue University, and the Provincial Department of Education and Training to launch the "Happy School" project, aiming at creating happy skills in school-based environment from students and teachers to parents and educational managers.

Prof. Ha Vinh Tho thanked the provincial leaders for facilitating the Foundation and Association to operate effectively in Thua Thien Hue province in the past time. In the coming time, the Foundation and Association hopes to continue receiving support from the province to replicate and develop the model of happy school in the area, creating conditions for foreign volunteers coming to Hue to participate in the projects of the Foundation and Association.

Chairman Phan Ngoc Tho recognized and highly appreciated the meaningful activities of the Foundation and Association in the past time, which have contributed to support actively people with intellectual disabilities in the province. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that the model of "Happy School" deployed by the Foundation and Association in recent years was a good model, needed to be developed and replicated so as to help more children in difficult circumstances.

Chairman Phan Ngoc Tho pledged to create favorable conditions for the Foundation and Association to operate effectively and develop with quality the model of happy school. He assigned the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Provincial Department of Education and Training to study procedures to facilitate foreign volunteers to come to Hue to participate in the activities.
