Two foreign tourists learning about the dishes presented at the authentic Vietnamese cuisine culture space
This activity is part of the main series of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019. Hundreds of typical delicacies from 40 units from 15 provinces and cities across the country have been brought to this food festival, allowing local people and visitors to enjoy.
Each delicacy has its own unique way of enjoying it, giving visitors a varied culinary experience. The festival organizing committee said that the authentic Vietnamese cuisine culture space is a meaningful festival within the national action program of the Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association to contribute to promoting the development of cuisine culture, affirming the national brand and building confidence to reach out to the world.
“This space introduces the culinary quintessence of different regions to the public and to foreign tourists who love and want to learn about the dishes of different regions in Vietnam but have not had the chance to,” Mr. Le Tan, Vice Chairman and General Secretary of Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee shared.
