Two individuals are awarded commemorative medals by the Vietnam Red Cross Society

This activity is part of a series of programs to respond to the World Blood Donor Day on 14 June. On this occasion, the Vietnam Red Cross Society awarded commemorative medals to Doctor Tran Van Khoi (M.S) - The Department of Surgery, Deputy Secretary of the university’s Youth Union and Le Thi Khanh Huyen, a student of class 5B - Faculty of Odonto - Stomatology. The Vietnam Red Cross Society also awarded 4 certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements and dedication in voluntary blood donation.

In addition, the provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 9 individuals of the university with the above achievements. The program also honored and awarded certificates of recognition to more than 250 students with 5,10, or15 times or more in blood donation.                                                                                                       

Doctor Tran Van Khoi (M.S), Deputy Secretary of the university’s Youth Union said that humanitarian blood donation has long been a beautiful gesture and it is not strange to anyone. In recent years, the humanitarian blood donation has always been positively responded by the university’s officials and students.
