Doing groundbreaking rite to set to work the Eco Garden project
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Dung congratulated and highly appreciated the effort and determination of the investor in implementing the procedures to prepare for the investment. Mr. Dung said that An Van Duong new urban area is the priority area which the province pays attention to and creates favorable conditions to accelerate the development speed as a motive urban, as well as an important space for Hue urban development; with the vision as a new, modern and model urban meeting the request of smart urban formation.
At present, many large projects are being under construction at An Van Duong new urban area, in which, Eco Garden is one of the projects that is expected to make the special and unique features in the process of forming An Van Duong a new urban area.

With the guideline of building the new urban area having synchronous, green technical infrastructure and landscape that are appropriate for the high-quality living environment, the total investment capital of Eco Garden urban area is over 2.000 billion VND, with the total area of nearly 45 hectares and population size of around 7.000 people.
Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of the board of Cotana Group informed that the investor will implement the Eco Garden project in accordance with the committed content, and they will make the Eco Garden become a model urban area and reach the development as its name.
According to the plan, the project of Eco Garden urban area includes articles such as squares, townhouses, duplex villas, parks, high-rise buildings, hotels, schools, and malls, etc. The project is carried out in 94 months, and it is divided into three investment periods. The first phase (Northern low-rise residential area) will be launched in the first quarter of 2020.
