A Laotian student is presenting at the contest
The preliminary round attracted 16 teams from universities, colleges and vocational schools in the Central region. The teams presented their eloquent skills under the common theme ‘Vietnam – The country I love” with specific contents: praising Vietnam’s tradition, history and culture, perception of Vietnamese people, perception of Vietnam’s nature and famous landscapes, experience of learning Vietnamese, and memories of studying and living in Vietnam.
At the end of the preliminary round, the organizing committee awarded the First Prize to the team of Vinh University of Technical Education. The second prizes were awarded to the teams of Hue College of Medicine and Pharmacy - Hue University and Hong Duc University. The third prizes belonged to 3 teams, including Thua Thien Hue College of Education, Vinh Medical University, and Nghe An Economics University. The best three teams would continue to attend the final round organized on November 8th at Thai Nguyen University.
