People registering for medical examination and treatment at the Center for Family Medicine, University of Medicine and Pharmacy
The program was attended by a large number of physicians, students from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University and the volunteer doctors from Medical Outreach of America (MOA).
At the program, MOA representatives introduced and shared with doctors and students about the activities of the community health access service project of this organization. Accordingly, the project's goal was to improve knowledge of health, raising public awareness and strengthening the health care system in Vietnam.
Doctors and students of University of Medicine and Pharmacy also had the opportunity to exchange information about humanitarian health community services in Vietnam to experts of MOA.
MOA is a U.S. non-governmental organization operating in the health sector. MOA is currently supporting projects in several countries through American volunteer doctors treating the disabled and the poor in disadvantaged areas.
After activities at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, MOA would visit patients who were suffering from Agent Orange in Danang.
