The paintings painted on the trunks of Lagerstroemia trees, Poinciana trees, Barringtonia acutangula trees, etc., are the fairy tales such as Little Red Riding Hood, Rabbit and Turtle, Tam and Cam, and so on.

This unique idea was inspired by three teachers Doan Thi Thanh Thuy, Ngo Thi Nhu Thuy and Ho Thi Thuy who have a talent for painting. Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Thuy confided: "Although we are not painters, we have a little talent for painting, and we want to tell meaningful stories in our own way".

Talking about the ideas, Mr. Ngo Phi Hai, a student’s parent, shared: “In the past, my daughter was sometimes whiny when going to school, but since the playground had many interesting drawings and she could hear fairy tales with the new method from the teachers, she has been very excited and enthusiastic to go to school”.

Chairman of Phong Hoa Commune People's Committee, Mr. Doan Van Quoc said: “This is a valuable creation from the teachers in the present conditions. In the coming time, the commune will replicate this model to local schools, especially pre-schools and primary schools.
