Five individuals receiving this title include Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh, Athlete of Shuttlecock, from Hue Sports Intermediate-School; Mr. Le Cong Minh Hieu, studying in Grade 12 - Physics 1 of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted; Mr. Tran Hoai An, Director of Cardiovascular Center of Hue Central Hospital; Mr. Ta Duong Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of An Dong Ward People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Tam, employee of Social Protection Center of Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

These are individuals with the most outstanding and typical achievements in each field such as production, doing business; state management; Party, Front and Unions work; defense and security; science and technology; environmental protection; culture and arts; medicine; education and training; sports; social work, charity, practical and important contributions to the construction and development of Thua Thien Hue province; ethical qualities are pure, devoted, honest, and are good examples for people to study and follow.

The awarding of the "Representative Citizen of Thua Thien Hue province" in 2019 will take place at the 5th Thua Thien Hue Patriotic Emulation Congress (expected to take place in early August 2020).
