This requirement was offered by the provincial leader after he witnessed the water surface of Pho Loi River and Moc Han – Phu Khe canal heavily covered by water hyacinth. Many sections of Pho Loi riverbank were eroded, affecting the lives and daily activities of local people, as well as the safety of inland waterways.
