The teams competing in cooking
Participating in the competition were 26 teams, 2 candidates in each. They showed their knowledge of culinary, as well as their talent and ingenuity in each cooking skill to complete one main dish with a serving for four people.
The teams’ performances were the typical dishes of Central culinary culture, including folk and royal dishes representing Hue cuisine. All of the dishes were presented beautifully, solemnly, ensuring food hygiene and safety.
The competition is an activity held on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the establishment of Hue College of Tourism, creating a healthy and useful playground for students learning cooking to exchange, learn from each other, and exchange experiences with professional experts and chiefs. This is also an opportunity for students to study and create delicious Hue dishes, upgrading their essential vocational skills and soft skills.
As for the results, the Organization Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 15 consolation prizes to excellent teams.
