Recently, more Hue heritages and monuments have been more lively and brought into play its values when many significant activities have been held, re-enacted, and restored. That is Quoc Tu Giam, where was chosen as a place to hold “Honorary Ceremony For Honor Students”. Ban Soc Ceremony also was re-enacted by Hue Monuments Conservation Center at Hue Imperial Citadel. Furthermore, the space of Ngo Mon was also opened to serve tourism. Previously, Truyen Lo – Vinh Quy Bai To Ceremony, etc., were also held on festivals that both attracted visitors and promoted the values of the heritages and monuments, etc.

The relics such as Nam Giao Esplanade – where Nguyen Kings organized the ceremony of offering sacrifices to “heaven and earth”; the system of Nguyen King’s royal tombs; Ho Quyen, Huong River, and hundreds of other heritages and monuments are also one of the great potentials for Hue tourism to keep on exploiting and promoting their values, etc.

Thua Thien Hue Weekly would like to introduce some of the outstanding heritages and monuments of Hue so that tourists can have more options when visiting the Ancient Capital through the series of photos taken by our group of collaborators.
