Hue city installs 39 Rường and bamboo houses for the Traditional Craft Festival
TTH.VN - A space for showcasing and introducing products, honouring national and international artisans and traditional craft villages was set up at Nguyen Dinh Chieu walking street and Hue Cultural Museum.

To prepare for the display and demonstration of national and international craft villages, the Organizing Committee of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2019 has made contract with fine art establishments, rattans and bamboo weaving manufacturers to install 39 product display houses, including 30 traditional Ruong houses of Hue and 9 bamboo houses
Currently, the manufacturers are in the process of installing them and will hand over to the Organizing Committee before the opening date of the Festival.

Up to present, there are 27 foreign cities registered to showcase and introduce their products at the Festival, 11 cities from such countries as Japan, Korea, Turkey, Spain and Brazil would send 68 artisans, a double number of artisans in comparison to the one of the last 2017 Festival.
In addition, 62 domestic craft villages, including 45 villages from Thua Thien Hue province would participate in the Festival with a total number of 350 artisans.
