Regenerating aquatic resources on Truoi Lake

Releasing fish fingerlings into Truoi Lake

The work of releasing fish fingerlings held by the Provincial Fisheries Sub-Department in collaboration with Bach Ma National Park, the People’s Committee of Loc Hoa Commune (Phu Loc District) and the Provincial Irrigation Work Exploitation and Management One Member Limited Company. Accordingly, 63 thousands of fish fingerlings including carps, snakeheads, and crucian carps were released into Truoi Lake to supplement aquatic breeding resources in this huge reservoir.

This activity also aimed to propagandize and raise awareness of aquatic resources protection for local people and the community to join hands in aquatic resources protection, environmental protection, and responsible fishing.
