Keeping the green color in Hue

TTH.VN - In 2021, the United Nations enumerates today's world with 195 countries. For the first time in human history, countries worldwide have suffered the same fate of the COVID-19 pandemic in a comprehensive, incomparable way, regardless of skin color, history, inclination, or race. Although only a few countries did not publicly report pandemic data, as the world was not informed, it was not a place that could maintain the "no infection" condition.

The history of the COVID-19 pandemic began on December 31, 2019, nearly two years so far. The response to epidemic prevention and control from one wave to another and the death rate from the disease in each country or geographical region is a shocking, realistic picture, reflecting many aspects of lifestyle in that place's political, cultural, and economic framework.

The numerous reasonable and paradoxical phenomena that have taken place will potentially be a resource of the most serious and complex "medical history" in modern times.

The world does not make an appointment or any convention but together takes green as a symbol of safety or the best condition in a long chain of interaction, infection, prevention, treatment, and death from a pandemic. The colorful world is zooming out of sight, opening arms and letting go of emotions to look towards a solution after the end of the pandemic season like " the Green Passport" for those who have been fully vaccinated or the patient recovering from the disease within six months; Green tourism for countries that resume short and global "tours"; the green dawn for youth charity programs without borders.

The green symbol soothes people and attracts the passions that honor the name of life. Popular culture at the end of the global pandemic season is suddenly spontaneous from East to West all default to the convention that: "Thinking green" is associated with the natural environment, rivers, mountains, sea, and sky that is fresh and uncontaminated by combustion smoke and fuel waste from industry and machinery.

“Living Green” is living decently and healthily with a beautiful social environment, a natural environment without pollution, and a peaceful spiritual lifestyle, with the freedom to interact reasonably and harmoniously with loved ones or even strangers around.

Vietnam is one of the countries that enthusiastically participate in the vision, the orientation, and the direction of making a green future. That is the path of dynamic and positive choices: Prevention and control of pandemic in the way of life, application of vaccinations, achieving community immunity, and… living together with the pandemic.

In line with the country's human history, Vietnam has 63 provinces and cities; If seen with the naked eye or through a satellite telescope, the earth is a green planet, and Vietnam is a green country, similar to the green color of Thua Thien Hue province.

The region of Thua Thien Hue province is inseparable from the general landscape of the whole country. According to the projections of authoritative and world-class health organizations, the COVID-19 pandemic is gradually entering its final stage.

The post-COVID-19 era is looming at the end of the tunnel. The way out of the pandemic will not be closed to anyone, but the time and speed depend on the response of each province and region of the country.

From its psychological nature and traditional style, Thua Thien Hue does not have the excitement of Saigon or the buoyancy of Hanoi, but Hue lifestyle is a true reconciliation between two opposite dimensions and two ways of thinking, a lifestyle that is full of contradictions such as poverty but luxury; body in the shallow lake but mind in the broad river… Being poor but acting decently, having limited body but free mind to harmonize life, having the gate closed but no high walls to silently learn and accept new things whether staying or traveling all around the world.

The natural conditions of Thua Thien Hue have nurtured a green way of thinking with rivers, mountains, sea, and sky always appearing in sight and at the same time, reaching out to embrace a green lifestyle with means of life through traditional occupations including agriculture, forestry, fishery, and handicrafts.

No matter what criteria is focused on, it is clear that Hue still has strengths in nature, local culture, and culinary arts, which are attractive factors in the tourism industry. Tourist cities in neighboring countries such as Phuket of Thailand, Boracay of the Philippines, Phnom Penh of Cambodia are tourist destinations thanks to the natural, cultural and people factors that tourists often find in Hue...

Thua Thien Hue will not have its own stop when both the country and the world are rising with the footsteps of globalization and industrialization in economic and operational activities. Hue will constantly promote and exploit its strengths in tourism with its rich natural scenery and historical architectural heritage recognized by the world and the United Nations.

The heroic historical tradition, open-mindedness, and skillful hands of people are the most precious investment that Hue has. These are the quintessence that keeps the Perfume River forever aromatic and Hue's color forever green.
