TTH.VN - On the morning of March 6, over 4.500 athletes gathered at Nghenh Luong Dinh (Le Duan Street - Hue City) to participate in the 2nd Hue Jogging Running for Health 2022.

The 2nd Hue Jogging - 2022 continues to spread the message of environmental protection

In the framework of the tournament, the athletes competed over 3 distances including 3km, 5km, and 10km under the running routes from Nghenh Luong Dinh – Da Vien Bridge – Bui Thi Xuan street – Le Loi street – Soldiers’ memorial (3km route); and, Nghenh Luong Dinh – Da Vien Bridge – Bui Thi Xuan Street – Le Loi Street – Phu Xuan Bridge – Nghenh Luong Dinh (5km route); and the 10km route is double the 5km route.

In addition to calling for people to run together for physical exercise with a theme “For a Green Hue”, the 2nd Hue Jogging continued to spread the message of environmental protection, helping Hue to be more and more green – clean – bright, contributing to promoting the images of Hue culture, as well as the beautiful landscapes and relics in the city area.

Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, Secretary of Hue City Party Committee said: “Following the success of the first organization, through this program, the organizing committee calls and uses resources to support community-oriented activities, activities for community. The participants can donate to the program in 2 ways including directly giving books at the place receiving number; or donating money through a bank account. The number of donated books will be provided to the free reading stations/libraries which are going to be implemented at the appropriate parks and spaces in the city area, while the donated money will be used for greening the city, helping Hue to be greener – cleaner – brighter”.
