Training traditional martial arts in High schools of the Central Region and Central Highlands Region

TTH.VN - On the morning of September 18, a training course on teaching traditional martial arts in the high schools of the Central region and Central Highlands in 2018 was opened at Hue Sports Center. The course was jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism and the Ministry of Education & Training.

With three traditional martial arts lessons of "Can ban cong phap" via the guidance of two great masters, including Le Kim Hoa and Truong Van Bao (Co-Deputy Head of Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts Federation), the course attracted more than 100 masters, trainers, and teachers in charge of physical education in the high schools of Central region and Central Highlands Region.

Mr. Cao Chi Hai, Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, said that the training course was a basis for trainees to promote the movement of practicing traditional martial arts by high school students, contributing to raising physical strength, educating morality and traditional culture in school.

The training course will end on September 23.
