Korea makes a Hue tourism promotion film

In the space of Hue French Institute at No.1 Le Hong Phong Str, the famous French fiction writer Bernard Werber had an exchange with the readers of the ancient capital and introduced two of his favorite works: “Ant Trilogy” and “Pandora’s Box”.

Just a stone’s throw from the Citadel, the Gia Hoi old quarter used to be one of the busiest areas of Hue ancient capital in early 19th century. This invaluable heritage is being ruined day by day with time while how to conserve and promote it is still a big question.

Though not as bright and passionate as lotus flowers in the summer, lotus flowers in the autumn seem to be showing a gentle and romantic look.

Among the activities to welcome the 2022 Lunar New Year, on the morning of January 25 (23rd December, Lunar calendar), Hue Monuments Conservation Center held the bamboo pole erection ceremony (Thuong Tieu) in Trieu To Mieu and Hien Lam Cac - The Mieu in the Citadel.

On the morning of August 23rd, under the chairmanship of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary Le Truong Luu, the Provincial Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee worked with Hue Monuments Conservation Centre and related departments and branches to solve difficulties in order to preserve and promote the value of Hue's cultural heritage in the future.
