In addition to their primary function of displaying artifacts, many museums and cultural-artistic spaces also fulfill another important role: organizing events for exchange, conversation, and discussion on related issues. The exhibition of winning artworks of the UOB Painting of the Year competition, which was held for the first time in Vietnam in 2023, has just opened at Le Ba Dang Art Center (Hue Museum of Fine Arts, 15 Le Loi Street, Hue City) on the afternoon of April 17.

On the morning of April 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to receive a mandarin’s hat and a Nhat Binh ao-dai of the Nguyen Dynasty. The antiques were won at an overseas auction and donated by Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company to be displayed at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities.
