On December 22, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh visited and delivered Christmas and New Year 2022 greetings at the Catholic Archdiocese of Hue. On the morning of December 7, at Phu Bai Industrial Park, Vietnam Textile and Garment Group, Phu Bai Yarn Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony of Yarn Factory 3. Attending the ceremony were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong; Chairman of Board of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group Le Tien Truong, and General Director of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group Cao Huu Hieu.

On November 25, within the framework of a business trip to Japan with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong signed and handed over a Document of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AEON MALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. to implement the investment decision to build AEON MALL Shopping Center in Thua Thien Hue province.
