The distinctive images and flavors of local specialties brought by women’s union (WU) members to contests, or food stores owned by members, are actively introduced and promoted by the Provincial WU and its local branches, contributing to introducing Hue's culinary culture far and wide.

Many localities in the province are actively organizing photo contests and making video clips to promote Hue’s tourism and introduce its beautiful images of Hue culture, civilized lifestyle, environmental landscapes, and friendly Hue people who warmly welcome visitors and friends from both domestic and international destinations.

On the afternoon of January 7, the People's Committee of An Dong Ward, Hue City held the opening ceremony of the program " Tet of Unity ", the contests of making banh chung, banh tet, and traditional crystallized ginger in 2023 at Dang Van Ngu Secondary School.
