"Cultural heritage of ethnic minority groups in A Luoi District" is the theme of an exhibition, which is organized by Thua Thien Hue History Museum in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Information of A Luoi District. The exhibition was opened on the morning of October 10 at the Center for cultural activities of ethnic communities of A Luoi District.

Woman teacher-artist Quynh Nga has just been honored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism as one of 78 advanced role models in the cultural field nationwide in 2023. On September 24th, the 203rd commemorative ceremony marking the passing-away of the National Great Poet and the World Cultural Figure Nguyen Du (1820 - 2023) was jointly organized by the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Ha Tinh Province in collaboration with the Nguyen Tien Dien Clan Council at Nguyen Du Memorial Site in Nghi Xuan District, Ha Tinh Province.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, aiming to promote cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan in the Central region, the HUE MATSURI 2023 event took place, with the theme "Manga Palace", within two days from September 9 to 10, in the square in front of the Quoc Tu Giam relic in Hue Imperial City.
