In the New Year of the Tiger, Mr. Tran Thanh Quang (Hue City) meticulously cut a tiger shape from green papaya and potato to make a five-tiger jam for guests.

Next to the hot teapot wafting with the strong aroma of Hue ginger jam, Assoc. Prof. Truong Thi Bich Phuong (Faculty of Biology, University of Science, Hue University) started to tell the story about Hue ginger that her research team and she have been diligently researching for the past three years.
