On the afternoon of November 20, the Thua Thien Hue Provincial People’s Committee and the authorities of Kyoto Province (Japan) held a signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish friendly and cooperative relations between the two sides.

"The friendship between patriotic figure Phan Boi Chau and Doctor Asaba Sakitaro, and the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan" is the theme of a thematic exhibition, which has just been opened to the public on the morning of July 14 at Phan Boi Chau memorial site (at 119 Phan Boi Chau Street, Hue City).
