The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism has just issued a decision to recognize “The Knowledge of Making and Wearing Hue Ao dai” of Thua Thien Hue Province as part of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List. This serves as an impetus for the Thua Thien Hue Garment Association to promote the introduction of the five-panel Ao dai into schools.

On the morning of December 7, at Phu Bai Industrial Park, Vietnam Textile and Garment Group, Phu Bai Yarn Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony of Yarn Factory 3. Attending the ceremony were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong; Chairman of Board of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group Le Tien Truong, and General Director of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group Cao Huu Hieu.

In 9 months of 2021, the export turnover of garments reaches 367,9 million USD, a year-on-year increase of 13%. This is a good signal when the number of orders increases again after a long time of suffering the decline due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
