The first glass production plant in the Central of Vietnam

It is estimated that there are 103 million square meters of sand with the depth of 2 to 4meters in Phong Dien district. In 2008, the VICO SILICA One Member Limited Liability Company under Vietnam Export Import Service and Investment Joint Stock Company (VICOSIMEX) was allowed to explore the sand mine with the width of 80 hectares and the reserves of 3.7 million tons.
