Korean Cultural Heritage Industry Association to cooperate with Hue on heritage preservation and tourism
TTH.VN - On June 2, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Phan Ngoc Tho had a meeting with the Korean Cultural Heritage Industry Association headed by Mr. Kim Jongjin – Chairman of the association on boosting the cooperation and developing the fields which are being paid attention by the two sides.

Exchanging information at the meeting, Mr. Kim Jongjin – Chairman of the Korean Cultural Heritage Industry Association said that the association is a non-governmental association being responsible for the issues of preserving imperial palace and exchanging Korean culture with the world cultural heritage.
Mr. Kim Jongjin thanked and acknowledged the support of the province for the association over the time; at the same time he desired to keep on speeding up the cooperation between the two sides, especially in the fields of supporting vocational training, preserving and promoting Hue heritage values; speeding up cultural exchange, promoting tourism development; cooperating to promote the images of Korea and Vietnam, including Thua Thien Hue.
Chairman Phan Ngoc Tho acknowledged the cooperative goodwill of the Korean Cultural Heritage Industry Association towards Thua Thien Hue province, and he also asserted it as the link to tighten the cooperation between Thua Thien Hue and some Korea’s provinces. The fields which are the strength of the association are the areas that the province is paying attention to and investing to reach development.
Hence, in the coming time, the province will create favorable conditions to help the association operate well in the provincial area as well as support Thua Thien Hue province in some fields of heritage preservation, vocational training, and technology development.
The chairman also desires that in addition to the support in some areas mentioned above, the association will introduce the potential businesses to come to investigate and invest in Thua Thien Hue province.
