Being proactive in searching, maintaining and expanding market

That was one of the important solutions to improve the efficiency of trade promotion activities in 2019, which was launched by the Trade Promotion Agency – Department of Industry and Trade on the morning of April 5.

A representative of some businesses contributes ideas to help the trade promotion activities in the provincial area work efficiently

In 2018, the Trade Promotion Agency successfully organized the fairs in all scales. There were 30 businesses being supported to join in 6 fairs and exhibitions outside the province and abroad. Through these fairs, exhibitions and the market-days bringing Vietnamese goods to the countryside and mountainous areas, etc., many businesses and production establishments have found out partners to promote the development of production and trading and that of the market.

Hundreds of agricultural, specialties and handicraft products of businesses in the provincial area have been put into big distribution channels such as Big C, Co.opmart, Vinmart, etc., as well as the markets of Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and those of the provinces in Southern and Central – Central Highland areas.

In order to reach the effectiveness in the work of selling with high quantity and price, businesses and state management agencies need to continue to accompany and be proactive in promoting, introducing products and carrying out market surveys with many new, diversified, practical and efficient forms. In which they have to maintain the key markets, expand to new markets and potential markets, etc. To reach this goal, Thua Thien Hue businesses will focus on renovating designs, improving technological content and value added for products.
