There, the children got the chances to draw, paint, tie their kite strings by themselves; then, taking momentum and pushing it up high into the sky. Thanks to that, their smiles and radiant faces became more innocent and sparkling in the morning sun.
The kite festival of this year attracted over 80 kites including various shapes and types such as dragons, phoenixes, peacocks, butterflies, chickens, and gold fishes, etc., with the wingspan lengths from 1.5m to 3m for flying and displaying. Especially, a 50m-long dragon kite was also displayed at Tu Tuong Park.
If you come to Hue on this occasion, do not miss this kite festival! And if you haven’t gone yet, Thua Thien Hue Weekly would like to suggest you a series of adorable photos of kites taken by our group of photographers Hoang Phuoc – Bao Minh
