This would be a non-public museum, located at 144 Dang Thai Than in Hue city, to display pictures, documents and artifacts that introduce the overall life of General Nguyen Chi Thanh's revolutionary activities and his important contributions to the Vietnamese revolution and the two national resistance wars against the French and the US, particularly to the revolutionary movement of Thua Thien Hue.
The museum will become a reliable address for historical researchers, generations of Vietnamese people, the armed forces, students, and international visitors to learn about Thua Thien Hue in general and General Nguyen Chi Thanh in particular. The museum is expected to become a hub for learning, exchanging, and community activities, opens in July on the 55th death anniversary of General Nguyen Chi Thanh.
