At the 2024 International Dance Festival, Vietnamese art troupes have achieved outstanding success through performance programs and independent dance works. Such extraordinary achievements mark significant contributions of a number of professional art theaters along with leading art training units, such as Vietnam Academy of Dance, University of Theater and Performing Arts of Hanoi, as well as Military University of Culture and Arts.

The University of Arts, Hue University is taking steps to erect a statue of the artist Ton That Dao - the school's first rector - to commemorate and honor his contributions.
