The trainees practicing introducing their products on TikTok

The training program attracted over 200 businesses, business households, and cooperatives in the area. This was a training activity following the programs of supporting businesses, business households, and cooperatives in the provincial area, held by the Department of Planning and Investment to meet the actual demand of the businesses.

Participating in the training course, the trainees were guided to use the articles on TikTok Shop Seller Center such as sale registration, product upload, promotion tools, and affiliate marketing features. Furthermore, they were also guided to practice selling products, recording video and witnessing the way that the sellers made the hands-on sales on the products of local businesses; thereby, helping the businesses and sellers to optimize the process of accessing the consumers, and, at the same time, to have the seamless e-commerce experiences from the step of uploading products to the platform, order management, delivery and payment, as well as boosting revenue, and stimulating shopping demand; etc.

According to Mr. Le Van Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, e-commerce sales is a modern and effective business trend. Therefore, the hands-on training courses are the opportunity for the businesses to innovate and adapt to modern business trends. Not only stopping at training but, at present, the Department of Planning and Investment also organizes a great number of activities on market connection, business coffee workshops, etc., to grasp the demand and practical difficulties of the businesses so that they can make the best accompanying and support to the businesses.
