On the morning of September 3, Mr. Nguyen Nam Tung, Commander of Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company, participating in the construction of the Thuan An sea crossing bridge project, said that the construction continued throughout the holiday contributing to ensuring that the main bridge piers in the middle of the sea and the bridge girders on the shore were completed on schedule by the end of 2023. However, it is difficult to clear the ground in Hai Duong commune, so we hope that the relevant departments and agencies will soon pay attention to solving the problem so that the contractors can accelerate the progress of items on the road leading to the bridge. With such total coordination, the Thuan An sea-crossing bridge project can be technically opened to traffic at the end of October 2024 and completed in March 2025 as originally planned.

The project of coastal road and Thuan An sea-crossing bridge has a total investment (phase 1) of VND 2,400 billion, implemented with a period of 3 years. The scale of the route is 7,785m long; in which, the bridge section is about 2.36km long, starting from Tam Giang bridge to Thuan An sea-crossing bridge and ending at the intersection of National Highway 49A – National Highway 49B in Thuan An Ward (Hue City).
