Awarding SEEDS scholarships to students

The scholarship program for Developing Education and Skills in Thua Thien Hue (referred to as SEEDS) is sponsored by the Thai Binh Circle organization with the direct management of the provincial association for learning promotion. SEEDS scholarship program has been implemented in Thua Thien Hue for 6 years, with a disbursed budget of over 11.5 billion VND.

Those who are selected will be granted scholarships from the 9th grade, and if they still maintain their excellent scholastic achievements, meeting the criteria for skills, and suffering difficult living circumstances will continuously receive the scholarships at high school and university levels. The sponsors will increase investment in students who demonstrate real potential, good scholastic achievements, and reduce support for those do not show significant progress or experience declining academic performance.

Furthermore, there are also 6 scholarships to students with extremely difficult circumstances, 11 scholarships for English summer course, 14 scholarships for summer camps, 19 awards to those reaching high academic performance, and 4 laptops. The total budget for these scholarships is over 1.7 billion VND.
