The project's groundbreaking marks the continuation of a series of significant events following the conference on annoucement of master plans of the province. The project is invested by the IUC Group, the Nam Mekong Group, and developed by the BGI Group.
The project has a total investment of over 2,000 billion VND, and will be built on an area of nearly 25 hectares on To Huu Street, with a population scale of approximately 3,400 people.
The project will provide Hue market with 425 villas, commercial townhouses, and shophouses, with an overall design imbued with the imprint of traditional Hue architecture, combined with modern architectural styles; providing nearly 1,000 social housing units for the people of Hue, with the expectation of bringing different real estate products to the market.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Quy Phuong acknowledged and highly evaluated the efforts of the BGI Group, the IUC Group, the Nam Mekong Group, as well as local departments and branches in resolving issues related to investment procedures, land clearance, and compensation to implement the project.
"The invested and constructed project will contribute to changing the appearance of the urban area, solving the need for housing, urban facilities, commercial services, social infrastructure and technical infrastructure, which are invested in a synchronized manner, will create the driving force, form and develop the satellite towns and new urban areas in the East of Hue City, contributing to promoting the economic development of the province when it becomes a centrally-governed city," emphasized Mr. Phuong.
