Mr. Tran Duc Minh, Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs’ Association said that Provincial People's Committee has recently promulgated many prioritized policies to support investment enterprises through each stage so as to attract economic potential in the enterprise community. According to Director of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment Phan Thien Dinh, the province was concentrating on removing difficulties and creating favorable conditions to attract investment in the localities such as deploying the Scheme on textile-garment supporting industrial zones; setting up the investment promotion center, promoting innovative and creative startups with suitable models in association with the socialization of public services. It is necessary to focus on exploiting better the potentials, strengths and comparative advantages of the land of culture and heritages in order to strongly develop tourism and services sectors. The province is also building a project to renovate management model of Hue Monuments Conservation  Center; socialize the investment, exploitation and development of services in An Dinh Palace, Hon Chen Temple, Heritage City Project; upgrade and build the operation plan of Dong Ba market ...
 
Answering the questions on solutions to enhance efficiency and improve the investment environment posed by many enterprises, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cao affirmed that the province would increase awareness of views, objectives, changing the enterprise-serving manner of staffs and governmental officers at all levels; train and improve the skills and service manners of officials in public administration. Enterprises are considered the object to serve, not the object to manage as before. It is important to continuing to review and study to develop appropriate mechanisms and policies to support enterprises in the province. It is also necessary to focus on administrative reform in the field of land management. It is important to renovate and improve the quality of information provision activity of the Provincial E-Portal and the websites of departments, branches, localities as well as socio-economic information sites.

Also in this forum, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee instructed departments and divisions to continue reviewing and boosting infrastructure investment in key areas such as industrial zones, industrial clusters and areas with typical tourism resources such as coastal areas and lagoons. It is necessary to complete social infrastructure for economic zones and industrial zones such as workers' houses, kindergartens, schools, entertainment centers in order to improve the life quality of employees, their loyalty with their enterprises, and enhance productivity. In particular, the authorities will focus on the cooperation with investors from researching, project planning to procedures for compensation, land lease, construction and implementation of their projects, helping enterprises to overcome difficulties in production and business activities, launching policies to encourage enterprises to expand their projects and attract additional investors to serve operating projects.
 
Many issues related to the operation of enterprises were specifically answered by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Cao, especially with his agreement and support for many ideas of investment and development of enterprises. Many of them were approved by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the dialogue. He also assigned departments and divisions to consider and deploy in each sector of management to create the most favorable condition for enterprises to develop. The dialogue created trust, closeness, friendliness and companionship between the provincial leaders and enterprises, created conditions for enterprises to expand production and business in the province in the future.
