Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center established

This center is established on the basis of the status quo of the Investment Promotion and Facilitation Center directly under the Office of the provincial People's Committee and the investment promotion function directly under the Management Board of the provincial Economic and Industrial zone.

The decision comes into force on June 5.

The Investment Promotion and Business Support Center directly under the Department of Planning and Investment is a non-business unit with legal status, its own seal and accounts at the State Treasury and the Banks in accordance with the provisions of law.

The provincial People's Committee also issued a decision appointing Mr Phan Thien Dinh, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment cum Director of Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center, from June 5 until a decision is made to appoint a new Director of the Center.
