Thua Thien Hue to have Leisure Center and Marine Park in Vinh Thanh Commune
TTH.VN - On August 16, Vinh Thanh Investment JSC just announced the detailed construction planning of building leisure center and marine park (HAB Park) in Phu Vang District.
The total area of the amusement park is 49.5 hectares, located in the area 2 of Vinh An and Vinh Thanh communes with the implement scale of about 2.000 people. The total investment is over 1.000 billion VND. The planning area is divided into 6 main functional areas and landscape architecture spaces including: villas and hotels area; reception area; bird garden; water park, technical and service area.
The vast complex creates clusters of buildings which have the same land-use functions and specific spaces to both maximize the view towards green space, sea surface space, but still keep the specific characteristics which are suitable for natural conditions and topography of each area.
The project is implemented into two phases. The first phase (2018 – 2020) will level the land surface; build parking lot and the division 1 of B hotel, villas area, water park and wastewater treatment system. The second phase (2020 – 2023) will construct division 2, bird garden, wastewater treatment system and finish the remaining items.
